Mackenzie Seaborn (UPDATE: Mackenzie can now direct bill all major insurance companies!)
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I have always been drawn to the connection between the body and mind, and how intentional therapeutic touch can nurture both.
My name is Mackenzie Seaborn, and I believe that we flourish when we approach the body with compassion and care. With an extensive background in performing arts and movement studies, I bring a deep appreciation for how each component of the body moves, adapts, and communicates with itself. This perspective informs my approach, where I consider not just isolated symptoms, but the broader pattern of tension, movement, and nervous system responses that shape how we feel in our bodies day-to-day.
I first ventured into the field of massage therapy through a spa-based practice in 2021, before graduating from Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy Program in 2024. I draw from a variety of modalities, including Swedish, myofascial, neuromuscular and trigger point techniques, to provide patient-centred and evidence-based treatments. I collaborate with my patients to empower them to achieve their goals, whether that’s reducing pain, improving mobility, or simply cultivating a space for rest and reconnection. By working with the body’s natural responses, I aim to help you unlock your potential for long-term healing, balance, and well-being.
My goal is to help you achieve yours — whatever that may look like for you.
